I'M MEAGHAN. MENTAL HEALTH ADVOCATE. WRITER. TACO connoisseur.

My heart is to see the church become a catalyst for loving and supporting people with mental health disorders.

I love Jesus, and I feel very privileged to be where I am today. Because of this, I blog about mental health, vulnerability, and seeking Jesus in the midst of it all. I remember when I first set out to learn more about what the Bible says about mental health. I was frustrated. There weren't very many resources on this topic, and I longed to find even just one person who was willing to be vulnerable and say, "Here's my experience with this. Here's what God has done in my life."

My hope is that maybe this space can encourage you, and that you'll come away knowing three things: The Creator of the universe adores you and longs to connect with you. Whatever you are facing, it's not news to God. He already knew before you took your first breath that you'd face these trials, and He goes with you through them. It's okay to rest.
